A total number of 264 players participated in the 1st MP CUP Chess Tournament in Kharagpur Nilanta from Kharagpur Sadar edged out Baibhav Singh from IIT Kharagpur. The full results of the tournament can be accesed in the link:
The Secretary of BCA Antarip Roy, CEO, Atanu Lahiri Working President Amar Roy, Vice Presidents Sabhyasachhi Tripathy and Amitabha Ghosh and Joint Secretary Abhijit Mondal gave away the prizes. MlA from Ghatal Sri Shital Kopat was the Chief Guest in the Closing ceremony.
